Workshop participants will be offered discount rates at Reykjavik Lights hotel, one of the recommended workshop hotels:

• Single room: 21,150 ISK (about 130 Euro) including breakfast
• Double room: 26,400 ISK (about 160 Euro) including breakfast

In order to get these rates, please use the reservation number CON-1658 and group name "ASDOM 2013" while making a reservation. The best way to do the booking is to send e-mail to the hotel at reykjaviklights@keahotels.is (remember to mention "CON-1658" and "ASDOM 2013"). Important! The booking for ASDOM 2013 is valid until 27th of June. After this date, the rooms/prices may not be available.

IMPORTANT! There will be a transportation available from the Reykjavik Lights hotel to Reykjavik University (the workshop venue). The bus (marked ASDOM 2013) will depart from in front of the hotel with the following schedule:

• August 9 (Friday): 8.00am
• August 10 (Saturday): 8.30am
• August 11 (Sunday): 8.30am
  

All workshop speakers/participants who will be acommodated in Reykjavik Lights hotel or nearby hotels are welcome to use the bus. The transportation is free of charge.
